Refund policy

Returning or exchanging an item is easy!

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Simply send us an email to hello@rideallta.com to let us know if you want to return or exchange an item. If exchanging an item please let us know your exchange requests and include a cover note (change of colour, size etc). Once we receive your return we will process your refund on your original payment method or get your exchanged items posted to you ASAP. Your exchanged items will be posted to you free of charge.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
